Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Place sausage and baking mix in mixer and mix well.
  2. Add in cheese and mix well.
  3. Line indicated number of baking sheets with foil.
  4. Form mixture into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  6. Flash freeze.
  7. Once frozen, place into indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
