  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons Oregano, Dried
  • 16 ounces Elbows
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

  1. In a large pan, add ground beef, onion and garlic over medium high heat.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes, then add tomatoes, tomato paste and beef broth.
  4. Stir in chipotle chili powder, cumin, paprika, and oregano.
  5. Bring to a boil, then add macaroni noodles.
  6. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Noodles should be just barely al dente.
  7. Add cheese and stir well.
