  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • ¼ cups Bread Crumbs
  • 1 individual Egg
  • 1 teaspoon mince Garlic, Cloves
  • ⅛ teaspoons Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • ½ cups Vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Onion Powder

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Stir together the turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Use your hands to roll them into small meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs in crockpot.
  4. In a bowl, mix together remaining ingredients for the sauce.
  5. Pour over meatballs.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until done.
  7. Cool meatballs completely.
  8. Divide among gallon size freezer bags, label & freeze.
