Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 ⅔ cups cook and dice Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Colby Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • 6 fluid ounces Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles

Directions

Combine chicken, cream cheese chunks, hot sauce, colby jack cheese, and sour cream in a large bowl. Place in slow cooker. Cook high for 2 hours. Stir and top with blue cheese before serving.

Freezing Directions

Combine chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, colby jack cheese, and sour cream in a large bowl. Divide between indicated number of gallon freezer storage bags. Place blue cheese crumbles in quart size freezer storage bags and place inside gallon freezer bag with chicken mixture. Label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

Thaw, removing smaller bag of blue cheese from larger bag of chicken mixture. Place contents of gallon freezer bag in slow cooker. Cook high for 2 hours. Stir and top with blue cheese before serving.
