  1. How would you convert to InstantPot. We’ve made this twice and each time it sticks to bottom of pot.

  2. This looked so good, but I put this in the slow cooker today and after 5 hours, the potatoes are not cooked all the way and the sour cream curdled on me! It looks horrible. I’m not sure what I did wrong. I will not be able to get the kids to even look at this! Help! How can I save this? At the cost of food these days, I cannot afford to waste food? This recipe is a “faill” in my book.

    1. We haven’t had any other complaints on this recipe so I’m not quite sure where to direct you. The size of the potato slices might be playing a part in them not being cooked all the way through? Unfortunately the original site has since gone down as well so there isn’t anything to go back to and compare it to – my recommendation would be to add the sour cream in just before serving. I’ll update the directions. My apologies!
