Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Place chicken in slow cooker with 1-2 cups water.
- Cook on high 4-6 hours or until done.
- Remove chicken using a slotted spoon and drain the water from the slow cooker.
- Place chicken on a cutting board and pull chicken into shreds, discarding any fat.
- Place chicken back in the cooker and pour dressing, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and pepper over the top. Stir until mixed evenly.
- Cover and cook on high heat for 30 minutes or until mixture is heated through and combined.
- Spoon onto gluten free buns and top with extra shredded dairy free Parmesan cheese and lettuce, if desired.

These directions help you cook or reheat this meal AFTER it's been frozen for when you are ready to eat it.
- Thaw: In fridge
- Place chicken in slow cooker with 1-2 cups water.
- Cook on high 4-6 hours or until done.
- Remove chicken using a slotted spoon and drain the water from the slow cooker.
- Shred chicken discarding any fat.
- Place chicken back in the cooker and pour dressing mixture over the top. Stir until mixed evenly.
- Cover and cook on high heat for 30 minutes or until mixture is heated through and combined.
