Slow Cooker Chicken Caesar Sandwich - Gluten Free Dairy Free Lunch Version

<p>This freezer meal only calls for a few ingredients to be thrown into the slow cooker and out comes your delicious lunch! Chicken, dressing, parsley and dairy free cheese make this a delicious new recipe!</p>

  • 1 cup Caesar Dressing, Dairy Free
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Dairy Free
  • 1/4 cups Parsley, Fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker with 1-2 cups water.
  2. Cook on high 4-6 hours or until done.
  3. Remove chicken using a slotted spoon and drain the water from the slow cooker.
  4. Place chicken on a cutting board and pull chicken into shreds, discarding any fat.
  5. Place chicken back in the cooker and pour dressing, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and pepper over the top. Stir until mixed evenly.
  6. Cover and cook on high heat for 30 minutes or until mixture is heated through and combined.
  7. Spoon onto gluten free buns and top with extra shredded dairy free Parmesan cheese and lettuce, if desired.
