Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker with 1-2 cups water.
  2. Cook on high 4-6 hours or until done.
  3. Remove chicken using a slotted spoon and drain the water from the slow cooker.
  4. Place chicken on a cutting board and pull chicken into shreds, discarding any fat.
  5. Place chicken back in the cooker and pour dressing, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and pepper over the top. Stir until mixed evenly.
  6. Cover and cook on high heat for 30 minutes or until mixture is heated through and combined.
  7. Let cool.
  8. Divide among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
