Can you make this ahead and freeze it?
Yes if you see in the directions above there are freezing directions, but you could do that as well.
Can this be made in the instant pot?
Marion, I think it can definitely be made in the Instant Pot! I would suggest 25 minutes (from frozen) on the poultry setting. If from fresh, more like 15 should be good! Let us know how it goes!
