Slow Cooker Chicken Gyro

  • 2 ¼ cups slice Onion
  • 6 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano, Dried
  • ¾ teaspoons Allspice, Ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cups Red Wine Vinegar

    1. Marion, I think it can definitely be made in the Instant Pot! I would suggest 25 minutes (from frozen) on the poultry setting. If from fresh, more like 15 should be good! Let us know how it goes!
