These directions help you cook or reheat this meal AFTER it's been frozen for when you are ready to eat it.

  1. Thaw: In fridge
  2. Empty the contents of the freezer bag into a slow cooker.
  3. Drain half of the juice from the banana peppers into the slow cooker and mix well. Refrigerate the peppers until you serve the sandwiches.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred.
  6. Serve the beef on slider buns, topped with half a slice of provolone and banana pepper rings.
  7. Use the liquid from the slow cooker as a dipping sauce.
