Make From Frozen Serving Day Directions
These directions help you cook or reheat this meal AFTER it's been frozen for when you are ready to eat it.
- Thaw: In fridge
- Empty the bag into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Approximately 30 minutes before serving shred the chicken and mix with the juices.
- Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken and continue to cook for 30 minutes.
- Mix the cream cheese into the chicken prior to serving.
