Why would I want to freeze this?
- Whisk together the egg whites, eggs and milk inside the slow cooker.
- Stir in cheddar cheese #1, salt and pepper.
- Stir in bread, broccoli, ham and chives. Top with cheddar cheese #2.
- Cook on low for 2.5 hours or until the center is puffed and is 160 degrees internally.
- Let cool.
