  • 6 individual Egg White
  • 2 individual Egg
  • 1 cup 2% Milk
  • 4 cups Cheddar Cheese, Sharp- Shredded #1
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 3 cups dice French Bread, Whole Wheat
  • 3 cups dice Broccoli
  • 1 1/2 cups dice Ham, Fully Cooked
  • 1/4 cups chop Chives, Fresh
  • 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Sharp - Shredded

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Whisk together the egg whites, eggs and milk inside the slow cooker.
  2. Stir in cheddar cheese #1, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in bread, broccoli, ham and chives. Top with cheddar cheese #2.
  4. Cook on low for 2.5 hours or until the center is puffed and is 160 degrees internally.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Divide among the indicated number of freezer bags.
  7. Label and freeze.
