    1. You can certainly rub the pork with the seasoning, however for this recipe it is a simply just place everything in the slow cooker.

  1. Something didn’t taste quite right about this. Not sure if it was the seasoning or something about the combo with the lime and OJ. I can’t put my finger on it, but there was an odd clash of flavor. I hate cilantro so I left that out completely.
