    1. I think the above recipe would be easily adaptable to a slow cooker! Just put the chicken thighs in the bottom and the sauce over the top!

  1. 6 hours prep AFTER freezing? I need things that take < 5 minutes to prep after they are frozen. What is the point of all this?

    1. Hi Aaron! I totally understand- sometimes you just need something quick and easy. The beauty of this meal is it goes in the slow cooker so you can throw it in the crockpot in the morning and the work is done for you. If that doesn’t work for you, you could always cook it in the slow cooker first and then freeze it fully cooked. Then you could just reheat. Hope that helps!
