  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon

  • 1/2 cups Raisins
  • 1/2 cups chop Walnuts

  1. Spray the inside of a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and mix well.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours until the oatmeal is tender. Stir well.

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Spray the inside of a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and mix well.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours until the oatmeal is tender. Stir well.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Divide among quart freezer bags. Remove as much air as possible, label & seal.
