- Mix all ingredients together in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 3 hours, stirring once each hour.

- Freeze muffin tins until solid.
- Dip the bottom of the muffin tin into warm water to release the frozen oatmeal cups.
- Divide into gallon freezer bags, label and freeze.
