These directions help you cook or reheat this meal AFTER it's been frozen for when you are ready to eat it.
- Thaw: In fridge
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Remove the chicken to a plate and cover with foil.
- Pour the sauce into a sauce pan. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the sauce has reduced by 75 percent.
- Pour sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
