  1. Thaw: In fridge
  2. Add contents to slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  4. Shred chicken.
  5. On the stovetop, melt butter and whisk in flour, 1 Tablespoon at a time. Add milk, a little at a time until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
  6. Stir into the slow cooker. Then stir in sour cream and lime juice.
  7. Top with cilantro and shredded cheese.
