Slow Cooker White Wine and Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 5 cups slice Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • ⅛ teaspoons Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ¾ cups White Cooking Wine
  • ¾ cups Chicken Broth/Stock
  • ¼ cups juice Lemon
  • 5 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Rosemary, Dried
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • ½ cups slice Onion, Red
  • 1 cup slice Bell Pepper, Red
  • 1 cup slice Bell Pepper, Yellow
  • Serving Day Ingredients

    These ingredients are added AFTER your meal has been frozen — for the day you serve and eat it.

Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook in skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. Place chicken in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients except noodles.
  4. Cook in slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours.
  5. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  6. Serve chicken and vegetables on top of pasta.

  5. Label and freeze.

  1. this was my least favorite meal i have made so far. was lacking in flavor and spice. loved the rest on this mini menu though
