Slow Cooker White Wine and Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 5 cups slice Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • ⅛ teaspoons Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ¾ cups White Cooking Wine
  • ¾ cups Chicken Broth/Stock
  • ¼ cups juice Lemon
  • 5 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Rosemary, Dried
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • ½ cups slice Onion, Red
  • 1 cup slice Bell Pepper, Red
  • 1 cup slice Bell Pepper, Yellow
  • 12 ounces Spaghetti (serving day)

  • 2 Gallon Freezer Bags

Directions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook in skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side. Place chicken in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients except noodles. Cook in slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours. Cook noodles according to package directions. Serve chicken and vegetables on top of pasta.

Freezing Directions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook in skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side. Divide chicken into indicated number of gallon freezer bags. Divide remaining ingredients except noodles into chicken bags. Label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

Cook in slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours. Cook noodles according to package directions. Serve chicken and vegetables on top of pasta.
