Why would I want to freeze this?
- Divide the carrots, celery and onions among half of the indicated number of gallon freezer bags.
- Season the chicken with the steak seasoning. Place chicken into the remaining indicated number of gallon freezer bags. (Chicken may need to be flattened slightly.) Top with rosemary.
- Label all bags and freeze together.
