Smoky Monterrey Jack Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • ¼ cups dice Onion
  • ¼ cups seed and dice Jalapeño
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ cups Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • Serving Day Ingredients

    These ingredients are added AFTER your meal has been frozen — for the day you serve and eat it.

  • 4 individual Hamburger Buns, White

Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except hamburger buns.
  2. Using your hands, mix well.
  3. Form meat into patties and place on baking sheet covered in wax paper.
  4. Grill over medium high heat for 7-8 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until desired level of doneness.

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except hamburger buns.
