  • 1 1/4 cups dice Onion
  • 4 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 1 3/4 tablespoons mince Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
  • 1/2 cups Rolled Oats, Quick Cooking
  • 2 individual Egg
  • 1/4 cups chop Cilantro, Fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 cup Corn, Frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups dice Bell Pepper, Red
