- Remove the pizza dough from the can and roll it out flat on a baking sheet.
- Spray both sides of the dough with non-stick spray, then sprinkle parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes evenly over one side of the dough.
- Using a pizza cutter, cut dough into strips.
- Twist each strip individually and place on baking sheet.
