That is it. There isn’t a whole lot of liquid in this recipe, so I guess it could more accurately be described as a rub instead of a marinade. Just make sure that the meat is well coated, and you should be fine.
I am trying this cutting the chicken off of the bones and into more bite sized pieces and serving it over Basmati rice.
