Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- In a large bowl or gallon freezer bag combine pork, gochujang, garlic, onion, ginger, grated pear, grated apple, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and pepper. Marinate 8 hours or overnight.
- Heat a heavy bottomed pan (such as cast iron) over medium high heat, or heat a grill to high heat.
- Take meat out of marinade and discard marinade.
- Stir fry strips of meat in the pan until no longer pink (they should be sliced thin enough to cook in just a few minutes).
- Sprinkle pork with green onions. Serve with lettuce and rice and serve family style. Scoop pork and rice wrapped in lettuce.
