- Place each chicken breast under a piece of plastic wrap. Using a kitchen mallet, pound out to about one inch thickness. Cut each piece in half.
- In a bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Rub marinade over each piece of chicken until thoroughly coated.
- Grill chicken over medium high heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer indicates an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
