- 3 cups slice Apple
- ½ cups Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoons Ginger, Ground
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 ounces Cheddar Cheese, Sharp - Shredded
- ¼ cups chop Pecans

Make It Now Cooking Directions

- Spread apple slices over crust.
- Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Sprinkle over apples.
- Dot with butter.
- Top with cheddar cheese and pecans.
- Bake at 350 degrees until the apples are tender and the cheese is bubbly, 25-35 minutes.
- Place sour cream (thinning with milk if necessary) in a squirt bottle or a sandwich bag with the corner clipped off.
- Draw concentric circles on pizza with sour cream. Draw lines from center to crust edge and then run a knife through those lines to create web.
