Why would I want to freeze this?
- Pulse nuts in a food processor until the pieces are somewhat uniform in size. Some larger pieces may remain.
- Add the dates and cocoa powder. Process until most of the mixture is minced.
- Add the strawberries and process until the mixture starts to come together in a mostly cohesive mass.
- Form into balls slightly smaller than a golf ball.
- Place the balls on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Flash freeze.
- Divide among the indicated number of freezer bags.
- Seal, label and freeze.
