  1. Place strawberries in food processor and pulse about 10 seconds until finely chopped. Do not puree.
  2. Place chopped strawberries and maple syrup in a sauce pan. Heat over medium high heat until it comes to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and simmer about 20-30 minutes until thickened and slightly reduced.

  1. Place strawberries in food processor and pulse about 10 seconds until finely chopped. Do not puree.
  2. Place chopped strawberries and maple syrup in a sauce pan. Heat over medium high heat until it comes to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and simmer about 20-30 minutes until thickened and slightly reduced.
  4. Cool jam completely.
  5. Use in recipes as directed. Store extras in an air tight containers in the freezer (up to 6 months) or in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
