- Wash and remove stems from mushrooms.
- In a bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, peanut oil, sugar, dijon mustard, and salt #1.
- In a shallow dish, place some of the dressing on the bottom.
- Place mushrooms in dish and pour more dressing on top.
- Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
- Mix mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, pepper and salt #2.
- Place the cheese mixture inside the mushrooms.
- Grill mushrooms, tops down for 4 minutes.
