These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Slice goat cheese into equal disks, according to indicated number of servings.
- Combine remaining ingredients, minus buns, in a mixing bowl, taking care not to overmix.
- Divide meat mixture into twice the number of indicated burgers.
- Form into small patties.
- On half of the patties, place goat cheese disk pressing down slightly.
- Place remaining patties on top, press and seal edges to totally enclose filling.
- Place patties on grill or in pan for 4-5 minutes a side until golden brown.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
