  • 1 ¾ cups slice Grilled Red Onion Slices
  • 1 cup chop Spinach
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 ½ cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

  1. Grill pineapple and red onion over medium heat on open grill.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken and 1/3 of the bbq sauce.
  3. Form pizza crusts on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread remaining bbq sauce over pizza crust.
  5. Top with chicken, pineapple and onions, spinach, salt and then mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
