  • 3 teaspoons drain Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Flour, Whole Wheat
  • 1 individual Egg
  • 2 tablespoons mince Onion, Red
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  1. Mix quinoa, cheese, garlic, tomatoes, flour, eggs and onions in bowl and let rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Form patties by using 1/4 cup.
  4. Place patties in skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Flip and fry an additional 5 minutes.

  1. Hi! I’m wanting to try these today, but wanted to double check about the quinoa first – I’m assuming its 2 cups after its cooked, about how much is that before its cooked? Thanks!

      Yes the 2 cups is cooked quinoa. The quinoa I use is 1 cup uncooked yields 4 cups cooked. I would check with the package instructions on your quiona, but I assume the ratio will be similar.
