Join the discussionHi! I’m wanting to try these today, but wanted to double check about the quinoa first – I’m assuming its 2 cups after its cooked, about how much is that before its cooked? Thanks!
Michelle-
Yes the 2 cups is cooked quinoa. The quinoa I use is 1 cup uncooked yields 4 cups cooked. I would check with the package instructions on your quiona, but I assume the ratio will be similar.

Thanks! I made them 1 1/2 times, and baked them (400 for 12min) and they turned out great.
