Why would I want to freeze this?
- Place banana, sun butter, and maple syrup in a food processor. Process until combined.
- Add whey, coconut flour, cinnamon, and salt. Process until a paste is formed.
- Add sunflower seeds and cranberries. Pulse until mixed in.
- Remove from food processor and roll into indicated number of balls, about 1.5 Tablespoons each.
- Flash freeze.
- Divide among indicated number of gallon freezer bags, label, and freeze.
