Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Place banana, sun butter, and maple syrup in a food processor. Process until combined.
  2. Add whey, coconut flour, cinnamon, and salt. Process until a paste is formed.
  3. Add sunflower seeds and cranberries. Pulse until mixed in.
  4. Remove from food processor and roll into indicated number of balls, about 1.5 Tablespoons each.
  5. Flash freeze.
  6. Divide among indicated number of gallon freezer bags, label, and freeze.
