  • 1 1/3 tablespoons Maple Syrup

  1. In a small bowl, combine pancake mix, baking soda, and grapefruit zest. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine grapefruit juice, yogurt, brown sugar, egg and butter. Gently fold in dry ingredients just until combined.

  4. Pour 1/4 cup circles of batter on heated skillet. Flipping when bubbles just start to form in batter, and bottom is lightly browned. Continue in batches, with remaining batter.
