- Boil water for pasta, and cook according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then saute onion, garlic, peppers, and peas just until they start to get brown and tender.
- Remove veggies from heat and set aside.
- Season steak with salt and pepper, then cook in same skillet until meat has reached desired doneness.
- Add soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes to skillet, and saute for 3-4 minutes.
- Turn heat down to medium, and add in veggies and drained pasta noodles.
- Stir to saute another 4-5 minutes.

Do you cook the veggies and meat before freezing? I wasn’t sure because according to the directions for freezing you mix them all together but then when you thaw it says to cook them separately . Thanks for the input.
