Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Spaghetti, Whole Wheat
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 1/4 cups dice Onion, White
  • 2 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 2 cups slice Bell Pepper, Red
  • 2 cups slice Bell Pepper, Green
  • 1 tablespoon seed and dice JalapeƱo
  • 1 cup Sugar Snap Pea
  • 1 pound Flank Steak, Sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes

  1. Boil water for pasta, and cook according to package directions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then saute onion, garlic, peppers, and peas just until they start to get brown and tender.
  3. Remove veggies from heat and set aside.
  4. Season steak with salt and pepper, then cook in same skillet until meat has reached desired doneness.
  5. Add soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes to skillet, and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Turn heat down to medium, and add in veggies and drained pasta noodles.
  7. Stir to saute another 4-5 minutes.
