  1. Boil water for pasta, and cook according to package directions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then saute onion, garlic, peppers, and peas just until they start to get brown and tender.
  3. Remove veggies from heat and set aside.
  4. Season steak with salt and pepper, then cook in same skillet until meat has reached desired doneness.
  5. Add soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes to skillet, and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Turn heat down to medium, and add in veggies and drained pasta noodles.
  7. Stir to saute another 4-5 minutes.

  1. Do you cook the veggies and meat before freezing? I wasn’t sure because according to the directions for freezing you mix them all together but then when you thaw it says to cook them separately . Thanks for the input.
