These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Combine chicken and pesto in a gallon storage bag.
  2. Place in fridge to marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Meanwhile, soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes.
  4. After chicken has marinated, alternate chicken, mango, red onion and red pepper on skewers.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Grill over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  1. I want to make this meal but I am confused by the freezer instructions. It says to divide the chicken and sauce among bags, but not how many bags. Also, the recipe says it serves 4, but is that the divided recipe or the whole recipe?
