  • 3 cups chunk Onion, Red

  • 1/8 teaspoons Black Pepper

  1. Combine chicken and pesto in a gallon storage bag.
  2. Place in fridge to marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Meanwhile, soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes.
  4. After chicken has marinated, alternate chicken, mango, red onion and red pepper on skewers.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Grill over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes per side.
