Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Spaghetti
  • 3 3/4 cups slice Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • 1/8 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil
  • 4 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 20 ounces Broccoli Slaw (Shredded Broccoli)
  • 1 cup slice Green Onion (Scallion)
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ginger, Ground
  • 3/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons Sugar

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Combine chicken, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch in a gallon storage bag. Seal and shake until chicken is coated.
  3. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add half of oil.
  4. Add garlic and stir fry about 30 seconds.
  5. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 3 minutes.
  6. Add remaining oil to skillet.
  7. Add broccoli slaw and stir fry about 4 minutes.
  8. Add green onions, ginger and pepper flakes, cook another 2 minutes.
  9. Return chicken back to skillet. Add spaghetti.
  10. Stir fry until heated through, about 2 minutes.
  11. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar.
  12. Add to skillet and stir fry until mixed well, about 1 minute.
