Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups cook Ground Beef
  • 1 ¼ ounces Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 16 ounces Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
  • ½ cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

Freezer Containers

  • 2 Gallon Freezer Bags

Supplies

  • Baking Sheets

Directions

Over medium high heat in a skillet, combine ground beef and taco seasoning. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Unroll crescent rolls on baking sheet. Top each piece of dough with approx. 2 Tablespoons taco meat and a sprinkling of cheese. Roll crescent roll around filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Freezing Directions

Over medium high heat in a skillet, combine ground beef and taco seasoning. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Unroll crescent rolls on baking sheet. Top each piece of dough with approx. 2 Tablespoons taco meat and a sprinkling of cheese. Roll crescent roll around filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Flash freeze. When frozen, place in gallon freezer bag, label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

Heat frozen taco rolls in microwave for 1 minute.
