I don’t have lemon pepper, what can I use instead?
Hi Carol! You can use lemon zest, black pepper/ coarse ground pepper, and a bit of salt. If you don’t have those things – maybe finely chopped lemon peel (or even dried lemon peel/zest/flakes) – the pepper is best fresh but that can even be subbed if necessary. Combine those with a little bit of salt. I hope you find a combination of ingredients that you have!
