  1. Are you sure your measurements are right – 3 tablespoons of lemon pepper? Yet you say that the total amount with all 9 ingredients for the spice mix only makes 3 tablespoons…..?

      Yes, the amounts listed are correct. 1 serving is 3 Tablespoons and there are 9 servings listed. Thanks for checking!

    1. Hi Carol! You can use lemon zest, black pepper/ coarse ground pepper, and a bit of salt. If you don’t have those things – maybe finely chopped lemon peel (or even dried lemon peel/zest/flakes) – the pepper is best fresh but that can even be subbed if necessary. Combine those with a little bit of salt. I hope you find a combination of ingredients that you have!
