Why would I want to freeze this?
- In a bowl, combine paprika, salt, onion powder, thyme, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and black pepper.
- Remove giblets from chicken and rub spice mixture all over chicken and some inside the cavity.
- Place chicken into indicated number of freezer bags. It may be necessary to flatten the chicken a bit. Label and freeze.
