  • ½ cups Ranch Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 ⅓ cups dice Celery
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

Make It Now Cooking Directions

Oven Cook

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Roll pizza dough into large rectangles.
  2. Cut into indicated number of calzones with a pizza cutter.
  3. In a bowl, mix together chicken, ranch dressing, cayenne pepper sauce, celery and mozzarella.
  4. Place chicken filling on each of the squares of dough.
  5. Fold the dough over and pinch/seal the ends.
  6. Place calzones on a cookie or baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  7. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Place in oven at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until baked and golden brown.
