- 27 2/3 ounces Refrigerated Pizza Crust
- 2 2/3 cups cook and dice Chicken, Boneless Breasts
- 1/2 cups Ranch Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1 1/3 cups dice Celery
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Roll pizza dough into large rectangles.
- Cut into indicated number of calzones with a pizza cutter.
- In a bowl, mix together chicken, ranch dressing, cayenne pepper sauce, celery and mozzarella.
- Place chicken filling on each of the squares of dough.
- Fold the dough over and pinch/seal the ends.
- Place calzones on a cookie or baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
- Place in oven at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until baked and golden brown.

Why would I want to freeze this?

- Flash freeze.
- Once frozen, place into indicated number of freezer bags, label and freeze.
