Toddler-ific Pizza Snack Cups - Lunch Version

<p>Since these pizza cups use a refrigerated biscuit for the base, they are super simple to throw together for a snack. They freeze really well also, and are simple to pop in the microwave for a quick snack.</p>

  • 32 ounces Refrigerated Biscuit
  • 3/4 cups cook Ground Beef
  • 8 fluid ounces Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Using a non-stick muffin pan, press a biscuit into bottom of each muffin cup and up the sides of the cup to make a well in the center.
  2. In a bowl, mix browned ground beef with pizza sauce.
  3. Spoon a couple of tablespoons of meat sauce into each muffin cup.
  4. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle each cup with cheese then bake an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before removing pizza cups from muffin pan.
