  1. Roll out croissant rolls on a flat work surface.
  2. Sprinkle cheese over the triangles, covering liberally.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Add pepperoni pieces on top of cheese.
  5. Roll croissants as you would for rolls, from larger side to smaller. Place on cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 14-17 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned.
  7. Serve with pizza sauce.
