Tomato Basil Hamburgers

These burgers are really SUPER yummy. I took them to my husbands work to get a real taste test. They passed with flying colors. Many a compliment. And these men know food.

Tomato Basil Hamburgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • ⅓ cups chop Basil, Fresh
  • ⅓ cups crumble Feta Cheese
  • ⅓ cups Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Julienne
  • Serving Day Ingredients

  • 4 individual Hamburger Buns, Whole Wheat

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well incorporated.
  2. Make a large ball of the meat and then divide into indicated number of servings.
  3. Mold into patties.
  4. Cook on hot grill for 3 minutes on each side or until hamburgers are cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Serve on buns.

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well incorporated.
  2. Make a large ball of the meat and then divide into indicated number of servings.
  3. Mold into patties.
  4. Place wax paper between patties, then divide into indicated number of freezer bags.
  5. Label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

  1. Cook on hot grill for 3 minutes on each side or until hamburgers are cooked to desired doneness.
  2. Serve on buns.
